Hudak can’t duck on right-to-work pledge

Ontario Progressive Conservative leader Tim Hudak “fired” a Windsor-area candidate this week for publicly criticizing the party leader’s support for right-to-work legislation.

There is no doubt the party — any party, for that matter — is within its rights to remove a candidate deemed unacceptable to the party. But that doesn’t make it the right move, ethically, politically or from a public relations perspective.
