Hudak’s right-to-work flip too little too late?

TORONTO - That was one risky high-wire act PC Leader Tim Hudak performed Friday morning.

Working without a net, he backed down from his controversial so-called “right-to-work” legislation.

You could practically hear the early morning business crowd at the Toronto Regional Board of Trade choke on their OJ as Hudak announced he’s dropping his proposal to scrap the 65-year-old Rand Formula that makes payment of union dues mandatory and prevents union members from opting out.
